After reboot
Just a quick follow up on reboot, since the launch of the new design the site has seen a lot of visitors. Almost 95% of them were from CSSReboot.
I was very happy to see the numbers rise, but very disappointed not to receive any feedback.
So I’m requesting all of you to please take a moment and let me know your thoughts on the redesign any feedback would be really appreciated.

People may be afraid to hurt your feelings or that you will vote them down. There seems to be a lot of that going on according to the css reboot blog.
Perhaps your colour scheme and graphics are suitable for your culture but for me in the UK it looks like a throwback to the 60s or 70s. I like the diagonal bits. I like the simple layout. I don’t like the way ‘underived’ runs into the yellow, or the way ARCHI is missing the VES. (I am using Opera 8.5, btw)
Hope that helps

Peter, Thank you for the feedback, I will work on the logo and the navigation to fix the bugs.
A lot of people hesitate to write specially when it comes to filling out forms. I’m looking at implementing a shout box, that way I hope to reduce the steps needed to communicate. And with regards to the design, I thought it would have more global appeal, the colors and the layout are intentionally chosen to standout. But 60′ and 70’s not exactly, these are the perspectives I was hoping to know.
Thanks for stopping by Peter.

I like this design because I really like retro patterns and this design is as Peter say’s, very reminiscent of textile prints from that era.. I am also in the UK so maybe that’s a reflection of how we view 60’s/70’s design and throwback design here.
I don’t think that perception is a problem though as this is a very nice site. -
